Senior Manager, Valuation

📋 Description

• Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, comparable company/precedent transaction
• Perform quarterly and event-driven valuations for private equity/venture-style investments
• Develop and refine valuation methodologies in line with AICPA Private Equity and Venture Capital
• Prepare valuation memos and supporting documentation for presentation to the RHV Private Markets
• Partner with TAFR to ensure valuation conclusions are properly reflected in consolidated financial
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors (EY) on valuation-related audit requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in valuation, financial modeling, investment banking, or private
• Demonstrated expertise in building and auditing complex financial models (DCF, comparable company
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP fair value measurement guidance (ASC 820) and its application
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting valuation conclusions to committees
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modeling; familiarity with valuation software or platforms
