Senior Sourcing Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute the sourcing and contracting strategy for an assigned portfolio of vendor
• Lead negotiations on complex vendor contracts, delivering quantifiable savings and reduced risk
• Partner with Business Owners and senior stakeholders to maximize value from vendors and partners in
• Collaborate with and actively influence Commercial Legal, Tax, Finance, and Risk partners to drive
• Maintain a deep understanding of vendor markets and trends, and build a clear understanding of how
• Use metrics and data to identify logical category clusters and develop sourcing strategies and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor and third-party contracting, procurement
• Expert-level knowledge of contract negotiation dynamics, particularly within the Cloud Services
• Ability to independently own and deliver complex sourcing initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced
• Fluency with using AI to speed up work, familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools, and
• Experience incorporating risk and performance management into the sourcing and contracting process
• Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
